Design Requests 

Custom design mockups & print files can be requested from the Elgato Design team using this form:  https://e.lga.to/designrequest

Please make sure to select “Elgato Customs” in the “Project Type” dropdown menu.
 
If your client/partner wants to provide a design themselves, please make sure they follow the guidelines for each product and use the most up-to-date versions of our templates (Photoshop & Illustrator required), which can be downloaded here:

Production Requests

If you have received approved, ready-to-print design files from the Elgato Design team, or a client/partner, you can request custom hardware via this form:

Requests require approved print files to be uploaded and will be reviewed based on the current production schedule and occupancy. After review, you’ll be notified via email whether your request can be processed or not.
 
When a request is processed or pooled, you’ll be updated on the progress via email.

General note

Please make sure to always enter the correct email address in the request forms, otherwise we won’t be able to properly keep you notified.
